the shower head gave a waterfall effect, i found it very refreshing. the in room dining offered enjoyable food.

a GEM near the airport
warm welcome quality food
The staff's warm welcome made it special. They cared, elevating everything. i ADORED the spacious and comfortable rooms with generous amenities. dining in the restaurant felt special because of the high-quality food. it's so close to the airport, it's perfect for those quick in-and-out trips.
i noticed the valet parking system needs improvement because of some delays. i hope that this is resolved soon to make arrivals and departures smoother. it impacted what was otherwise a flawless experience.

the location was close to the airport.
The room only had two water bottles. the coffee machine did not function. The pods did not fit correctly and caused leaks with no coffee. i expected more attention to these details, especially for the price.

clean rooms comfortable beds
Every single staff member, from the entrance to the kitchen staff, pool bar staff, and even the cleaners, were perfect!!! The rooms were very clean and the beds felt comfortable. The food was AMAZING!!!
There were some signs of wear and tear on the facilities.

cute staff convenient location comfortable room
The staff were very cute. I felt at home. The location proved convenient. The rooms were very comfy and tidy. I especially liked its proximity to the airport.
I found that the room service had long wait times. One of the phones in my room did not work. Nobody came to fix it after I reported it.
